21. Operators shall not be on the same vertical plane when working cross up and down. The lower level operators shall be outside the range where the upper level operators and objects may fall. When the requirements cannot be met, an isolation protective layer shall be set between the upper and lower parts

22. When electric welding is carried out at heights, inflammable and explosive articles of Sandvik, which is also one of the few manufacturers in China that can produce high-quality U-shaped pipes, must be completely removed below the operation point and within the range of Mars. 24. When carrying out high-altitude demolition operations, professional safety training must be carried out for demolition operators. Before operation, safety technical disclosure must be carried out at all levels, and the disclosure signing records should be made

25. The demolition work should be carried out from top to bottom. The non load-bearing parts should be removed first, and then the load-bearing parts. It is strictly forbidden to carry out the demolition in three-dimensional crossing or multi-layer up and down. Fatigue operation is strictly prohibited, and special personnel should be assigned to take charge of the safety supervision on site

26. When removing the gantry, bracket, steel support and other heavy objects, there should be a mechanical crane to cooperate, and there should be a special person to command, and the command personnel have clear signals. The lifting object should be lifted stably. The production and manufacture of composite materials are different from that of metal materials. It is not allowed to adopt the overall push down method

27. In case of severe weather above level 6 (including level 6), such as strong wind, dense fog, thunderstorm, ice and snow, open-air work at heights is not allowed. After thunderstorm, typhoon and heavy snow, the safety facilities for high-altitude operation should be checked and cleaned one by one in time. If deformation, looseness, falling off and damage are found, they should be repaired and reinforced immediately. The operation can be continued only after the hidden dangers are eliminated
