LANXESS will expand the production capacity of EVA

  • Detail

LANXESS, a special chemical company, announced that it would invest 9million euros to expand the production capacity of its ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) production base in dormagen, Germany, by 30% to 15000 tons/year. The product is sold under the Levapren and levame brands. The newly added capacity will be put into operation in the second half of 2012 due to lax law enforcement, enterprises' failure to operate environmental protection facilities, and production and sales of fake and inferior products
